Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. And we will be happy to process your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan.

Our team gladly processes insurance claims as a convenience to you. Please bring your policy information with you on your first visit. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

We participate with the payment options shown, but for the convenience of our patients we submit claims to other insurance carriers as well.
